Dillon's Cocktail Emporium Peach bitters is a small batch, limited edition of Peach Bitters made with fresh Niagara peaches, basil, and vanilla on a Niagara wine grape base. A collaboration with us here at Cocktail Emporium, these bitters were specifically designed to do it all. Replace a standard citrus squeeze with a dash. Heighten a floral and fruity gin, bourbon sweet tea, or the classic old fashioned or whiskey sour. Also great in green iced tea or to liven up fruit salads and grilled chicken or fish dishes.
