Unicum Szilva, like the traditional Unicum, is made from over 40, carefully selected herbs and spices which are both macerated and distilled. It is the only bitter liqueur in the world to be aged on a bed of dried plums and afterwards in oak casks for more than 6 months. Unicum Szilva owes its unique taste and bouquet to the combination of an intricate blend of herbs and the mellow fruitiness of Hungarian plums. To achieve the perfect taste, we dry the fresh plums carefully, to ensure that the fruit preserves its flavour.
